Hi, my name is Caylin. So glad you are here.

Caylin’s Story

In 2023, I was lost, distracted, and consumed by optimization —constantly exhausted yet convinced there was a way to “fix” myself and others. Despite the inner struggle, I refused to seek help.

I came across The Surrender Experiment by Michael A. Singer and soon after stepped into my first Ashtanga Primary class. At first, the physical challenge of asana and the novelty of breathwork served as a mental distraction. Then, midway through a practice, a thought arose: What if I simply surrendered?

In that moment, I began to experience the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit that yoga offers.

Everyone has their own mountain to climb. In yoga, we meet that climb — on the mat and off the mat.

By spring 2025, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, embracing my role as both a yoga teacher and a lifelong student.

My teaching philosophy is to create mindful moments with yourself through movement that is restorative, intentional, and non-judging. Some days you may feel strong and at ease; other days, you may not—and both are welcome.

Mindfulness is a lifelong practice, a path we walk with ourselves as we slowly befriend who we are within. It is not a performance, nor a place to arrive at, but a way of learning to be present with what is, right at this moment.
